Haglund: Michigan’s Economic Fate Hinges on its Cities

The editorial points out the contradiction in Gov. Rick Snyder's vocal support of that concept during his campaign, while proposing a budget which would eliminate the statutory revenue sharing which Detroit and other cities depend on.
